Markers

This one's for Laura. See Lydle isn't the only one with marker frenzy. This was after her bath (I mean her outside-hose-shower to wash off sand), so other than some that rubbed off on her shirt, she went to bed like this. Oops. Earlier in the day, her legs looked like Lydia's too.

Here we have "Funny Bunny" from Mary Engelbreit's, "Lovey Dovey" a.k.a. "Ubby Dubby". :)

Other than that, anyone have any good tips for getting an almost 2-year old to open clenched lips enough for a tooth brush to enter?

Today we had the playground all to ourselves. I followed her around, "Mawwee, come", sliding, laughing, climbing, sitting. What a joy this little growing person!

Directions for toothbrush entering mouth of two year old....
Get out an M and M (just kidding)
I take turns with her-and she can do it "myself" when she lets me brush her teeth...sometimes I hang her upside down and that works too!

AWW! (I just now saw this because I finally got your new address) Crazy!

Hilarious! I am sorry. It must run in the family or rather it is just those curious 2 year old traits.

Brushing teeth. You may want to make a fun trip to the store and let her pick out her own fun kid toothbrush and toothpaste. Make it her "own".

Sharing turns brushing is good too. Sometimes the kid electric toothbrushes are fun and work well.

That is all I got so far.

Love you.
